E-ACT Royton and Crompton welcomes back former student to discuss her budding music career
Lucky students at E-ACT Royton and Crompton Academy were treated to a performance by local performer Imogen-Paige this month.
Her performance was part of a careers session with Year 8 and 9 students with the hope being that some of them were inspired to consider a performing arts path in the future.
Imogen-Paige is a former E-ACT Royton and Crompton Academy student who is from Oldham and currently gigs around Manchester. She is a singer-songwriter but also covers country and pop songs, along with some acoustic rock covers. She plays at a wide range of events, from carnivals and markets, to weddings, she can even sometimes be found busking!

“It was brilliant to welcome Imogen-Paige back to Royton and Crompton this month, I know all the students enjoyed her wonderful performance and it was great for them to hear from her about her journey in the music world.”
